This is the page where users can request Administrator and Rollback rights. Please read the following regulations and instructions completely before placing a request.

In the event that an Administrator or Rollbacker is being unruly or breaking the rules, a request for their demotion may be placed below in the Requests for demotion header.
As of May, 2019, the previous promotion system of voting has been removed.
Rules for requests[]
Take your time to read all darling.
Each user's request will be reviewed by all of the current admins in which they will decide the fate of your status. In order to be granted the position you apply for, the admins must unanimously vote in your favor. If you feel that you have been unfairly rejected or an admin might be voting against you for personal reasons, you are free to continue your dialogue with the admins in attempt for a better outcome.
After a failed request, both for Rollback and Administrator rights, a user must wait 4 weeks (1 month) before requesting again. This is to allow time for both parties to reconsider.
Chat moderators[]
In order to apply for chat moderator rights, an applicant must have:
- A minimum of 25 discussion posts (spam posts are excluded)
- A minimum of 2 months of active membership
Rollback[]
In order to apply for Rollback rights, an applicant must have:
- A minimum of 400 mainspace edits
- A minimum of 2 months of active membership
Administrator[]
In order to apply for Administrator rights, an applicant must have:
- A minimum of 1000 mainspace edits
- A minimum of four months of active membership after obtaining Rollback rights.
Or
- A minimum of 2000 mainspace edits
- A minimum of two months of active membership after obtaining Rollback rights.
In special occasions, a user may apply if they have less than the required time limit of active membership under the discretion of active admins.
When an Administrator has been inactive for a substantial amount of time, their Administrator rights will be removed, but their rollback rights are retained. To regain their Administrator rights, they are required to actively contribute to Wiki Minaj for at least 2 months, at which time they can reapply.

How to request promotion[]
After meeting or exceeding the said requirements, follow the following instructions to place your request.
- Under the Requests header insert a {{/Header}} template and in the "title" category type "(desired position here) Request:" and list your account name, months of active membership, and number of mainspace edits you have.
- Under the "content" category write a few sentences about why you are requesting a promotion and what qualifies you for the position.
