Release dates for albums

Wikipedia covers that the release date of an album should actually be the first one. Although I have changed it, do you think that Pink Friday should remain as November 22 not November 19 because It was the US date? Because people on this wiki (also Kesha Wiki) say that only the US date is here, not the original (although sometimes the US is the original). I just want to know your opinion.
