Roman Zolanski (born August 23, 1989) is the son of Martha Zolanski. His first appearance in a song was in "Bottoms Up," a song by Trey Songz featuring Minaj or rather Roman.

He is famously known for his first appearance on Roman's Revenge, introducing himself to Minaj's fans. He is also been in many other of Minaj's songs and featured in many others where Minaj is not the lead artist:

- Though while not featured in the video, his mother Martha is seen in 'Moment 4 Life' who informs Nicki of Roman and Slim Shady's going away to boarding school. This is where "Roman in Moscow" takes place as Roman escapes the boarding school.
- Even though Roman is a natural blonde, he likes to experiment with hair dye (preferably pink or green).
- "Roman in Moscow" is about Roman breaking out of the boarding school that his mother Martha sent him to. The song was intended to be the opening for Minaj's sophomore Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded, but Nicki tweeted that she did not like the song.
- Roman's very obsessed with pink lipstick, just like Minaj.
