Onika is the name of Nicki Minaj's third official perfume and sixth scent overall. Like her previous fragrances, she is involved with every aspect of the process including product development, packaging, and advertising. The perfume made it's debut appearance in the music video for "Pills N Potions".

BackgroundEdit

On June 9, 2014, Nicki announced a limited edition fragrance called Minajesty Exotic. The same day she confirmed in a Ustream that we would get a surprise in the "Pills N Potions" video that resembles the new fragrance. When the video was released on June 10, a new fragrance was revealed. When asked what her name was, Nicki tweeted "Onika". The Onika rollerball and air freshener was available when you bought Minajesty Exotic on HSN on July 11. The actual Onika fragrance was available in stores in September 2014.
